Model Description
Manufactured in the 1960ties, in color white/black with blue figures, absolutely perfect painting and lithography with almost any signs of playing, overall in very pretty and close to brand new condition, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked on the backside with "Made in Japan", all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production. Extremely rare to find in this condition.

Things to know about the T.N Nomura Jeep "Police Patrol"
The police version of the Jeep first entered the range of Japanese tin toy manufacturer T.N Nomura Modern Toys in the 1960s and was only produced for a short time until around the mid-1970s. The model has a battery-operated electric motor for travelling forwards, with the battery compartment for two 1.5 volt batteries located on the underside. The model initially drives straight ahead, but after a short distance the driver figure begins a turning manoeuvre. The driver steers back and forth very authentically with his multi-movable arm, while the co-driver raises and lowers his arm and holds the receiver of the radio to his ear. At the rear of the Jeep is the radio, which emits acoustic signals and flashes red and green for even more fun. The model has not been reissued since it was discontinued.
