Our online shop is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We are available by telephone Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Once you have found the product you want, you can add it to your shopping basket without obligation by clicking on the ‘Add to shopping cart’ button. You can view the contents of your shopping basket at any time without obligation by clicking on the ‘Display shopping cart’ button. You can remove products from your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the ‘Remove’ button. If you wish to purchase the products in your shopping basket, click on the ‘Go to checkout’ button. You will then be asked to enter your personal details, select a payment method and confirm that you have read the customer information.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out exclusively by DHL as an insured parcel. For logistical reasons, other shipping methods or parcel carrier, collection or on-site viewing are unfortunately not possible.
Contract conclusion
Only by clicking on the ‘Submit order’ button in the final step of the ordering process do you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been submitted. The purchase contract is concluded upon delivery of the goods.

Prices
The prices in our online shop are non-negotiable final prices and generally include the statutory German value added tax, currently 19% (7% for books). The antique models from our ‘Models with a story’ collection are subject to differential taxation in accordance with §25a UStG (German Value Added Tax Act). Further details can be found on the product pages.

Payment methods
Our domestic deliveries within Germany are made without advance payment, on account, with a payment term of 30 days from the invoice date. The invoice is enclosed with the delivery. Payments can only be made by bank transfer and, if possible, quoting the invoice and customer number to the account specified on the invoice. Peter Nasshan Modellautos reserves the right at any time to deviate from the specified delivery on account for new customers in individual cases and to issue an invoice for payment in advance. For deliveries abroad, payment in advance is required. This can be made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or by bank transfer to our account. We do not accept payment via PayPal.

We are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable. Further information can be found in our AGB
Warranty and complaints
Despite careful quality control, it is possible that one of our products may be defective. In this case, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
The warranty is provided in accordance with statutory provisions, whereby in the event of a defect in the goods, we will first deliver a replacement or repair the goods, at your discretion. If the repair fails or the replacement goods are also defective, you may return the goods and receive a full refund of the purchase price.
In the event of a complaint, please contact us before returning the goods so that we can ensure that the appropriate steps are taken for a straightforward exchange or return. A price reduction for faulty goods is not possible. Please refer to the product documentation for information on any manufacturer's warranties.
Pre-announced novelties
All models marked in red as ‘New item’ in the photo are new products announced in advance by the model car manufacturers that are not yet available for immediate delivery. When you order these new products, these items are automatically placed on backorder for you. Invoicing for these items or, in the case of foreign customers, payment by credit card shall take place on the day of delivery.
We guarantee that your pre-order will be handled carefully and correctly and that it will be dispatched immediately as soon as it becomes available from the manufacturer.
Unfortunately, as a specialist retailer, we have no influence on the delivery terms of the model car manufacturers.
Pictures
The images used by Peter Nasshan Modellautos on the Internet and in print media are protected by copyright and may not be used, copied or published by private individuals or for commercial purposes.
Any violation will result in a chargeable warning letter demanding cessation of the violation. In addition to legal fees, damages of 100 Euro will be charged for each image used unlawfully.
